Church Serve began in 2002 as a collaborative effort between Kelowna churches and the Home and Community Care program of the Interior Health Authority. In January, 2006, Church Serve combined with NeighbourLink-a local World Vision partner ministry-which has been serving the Kelowna area through practical acts of service since 1995.
