Tasks: Deliver food hampers from local food banks to individuals/families in need. Clients: Individuals and families with limited access to transportation; new and expectant mothers on the Food Bank Tiny Bundles programme. Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours a month, usually on a Thursday or Friday morning between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Minimum 3-month time commitment requested. Location: Kelowna Skills/Experience: Valid driver's license, access to vehicle. Additional Requirements: Punctual, compassionate, servant heart. Maintain confidentiality. All volunteers are required to undergo an RCMP records check, and complete a 3 hour orientation session.
